NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to the Illinois Municipal Budget Law (50ICLS 330/1), notice is hereby given that the Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County will hold a public hearing on its budget and appropriation ordinance for the Fiscal Year beginning May 1, 2024 and ending on April 30, 2025 on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 3:00PM at the office of the Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County, 77 W. Hintz Road, Suite 200, Wheeling, IL. Copies of the tentative form of the budget and appropriation ordinance are available for public inspection at the office of the Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 3:30p.m. In addition, the public notice and the draft budget is available at swancc.org, on the home page under “News and Events”.
