Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Chicago Savers Program
The Foundation offers counseling and educational services to people with epilepsy and
their families.
Savers accepts clothing, small appliances, household goods, books, sporting goods and
small items of furniture. See website to schedule pick-ups and for acceptable items for
donation. Locations for drop-off bins are also listed.

Glass Slipper Project
Accepts gently-used prom dresses, jewelry, shoes, and accessories which are distributed
at "boutiques" each prom season. To donate, bag dresses and accessories, label the bag
"PROM" in permanent marker, and drop-off donations in any USAgain donation bins.  For

box springs.

Not all Goodwill stores accept TVs. Please call before dropping off items to ascertain what

wholesaled or exported, while worn/damaged articles are recycled into wiping cloths or

A for-profit textile reclaimation company sells/brokers most donations as secondhand
clothing. The remainder is recycled as polishing cloths or converted into fiber to be
remade into recycled textile products. Shoes in any condition are also accepted. See
